Backup Scanner

Scan untrusted (eg customer provided) backups for potential symlink exploits. If the backup also contains reseller data it will also check to enure the reseller hasn't elevated their privs to include root access. Based partly on original code by Rack911. Note: Files must be in /home to be detected and scanned. Be patient, large files take time to scan through.
