Recompile/Upgrade PHP

Will upgrade and /or recompile php to the latest version based on your previous build options. The script will run in a new window so you can continue to work in this one. It is safe to minimize the new window to the task bar while the script runs. Takes anywhere from 15 - 45 minutes to run, depending on servers specs and load.
