How long do licenses last?
Monthly licenses are valid for 30 days. Annual licenses are valid for 1 year from the time of purchase. Licenses can be renewed yearly for $20. Owned licenses are valid forever and never require renewal or upgrade fee’s.
What is required for the software?
Both Xtra and CPX will run on any cPanel server provided it runs a *nix based operating system. For example, CentOS, Fedora, RedHat, FreeBSD etc. Please note that due to operating system differences some features may not work on all systems (eg ffmpeg installer and firewalls). Please also not that only stable cpanel versions are supported, not trial or release/beta versions.
What Happened to the Basic Suite?
The Basic Suite was discontinued in favour of focusing resources on 1 improved version of the Pro Suite.
Is it compatible with cPanel 11.XX and AppConfig?
Yes, Xtra is compatible with all stable and release versions of cPanel/WHM and is fully AppConfig compliant.
Can we remove the copyright?
Nope. Sorry but we put a lot of effort into our software and a small copyright notice acknowledging our hard work is all we ask. Don’t worry, it’s small and out of the way.
What happened to the Xtra WHM themes?
All Xtra WHM themes have been discontinued until we can create new ones based on WHM’s new template system. Then we will release some nice new themes that are compatible with it.
What if I reinstall or move my server?
Licenses can be reissued from your old server or by loggin into your account here. Note you cannot move a license from server to server itself but you can reset the license should you need to change servers or providers.
